How Musteer Partners works
From registration to your first confirmed group booking — here is exactly what happens and when.
Stage 1: Register (2 minutes, no login)
Fill in the registration form at musteer.app/partners/register. We ask for your business name, type, city, a contact person, and a few quick questions about your current group bookings. No card. No commitment.
Your submission goes into our partner pipeline. You receive an automatic confirmation email. The Musteer team reviews registrations within 1-2 business days.
Stage 2: Approved and onboarded
Once approved, you receive a magic link invitation. Click it, create your partner login, and complete your full profile — your spaces, packages, pricing, availability rules, and a contact with authority to quote.
On completion, your widget embed key is generated and you appear in the Musteer marketplace. Add the widget to your website in under five minutes — a single script tag is all it takes.
The widget: day-one value, independent of the marketplace
The Musteer Group Bookings Widget is a free tool that handles group enquiries from your own website — 24/7, automatically. It qualifies the group, checks your availability, presents your packages, and collects a deposit via Stripe.
Widget enquiries from your own website are handled free. Musteer only charges commission on bookings that originate from the Musteer marketplace.
How marketplace matching works
When a group organiser on Musteer confirms their trip — locked dates, verified group size, collected preferences, deposit status — Musteer matches their brief to partner profiles automatically.
Matching uses: destination, group size, budget tier, trip type, your availability, your offering types, and your response time SLA. Partners with complete profiles and fast response rates are prioritised.
You receive a group brief with confirmed intent — dates, headcount, preferences, and deposit status. Your AI handles the initial response. You review and confirm.
Commission: 10%, automatically
Commission is 10% of the confirmed booking deposit value. When the group pays a deposit, Stripe splits the payment automatically — you receive 90% immediately in your Stripe account. Musteer takes 10%.
No monthly invoice. No manual settlement. No admin. You pay Musteer only when Musteer delivers you a confirmed booking.
Stage 3: Verified (optional, for larger bookings)
For partners taking bookings above a certain value, Musteer may request verification documents — business registration, public liability insurance, and any relevant licences. Verified partners receive a verification badge on their partner card and higher matching priority.
